Cultural events and folk traditions across Poland

Various regional cultural events are taking place across Poland, highlighting folk traditions, music, and art. In Zakopane, the 15th anniversary of Polki Folki will feature 12 fashion shows inspired by Podhale landscapes and Małopolska nature, including designs by Haft Fashion and Joanna Decowska.

Other notable events include the 21st District Folk Culture Review in Jarocin, featuring traditional music and crafts, and the “Łemkowie w Centrum” series in Lubin, which explores Lemko heritage through exhibitions and icon-writing workshops. In Swołowo, the 19th edition of the “Na Św. Marcina najlepsza pomorska gęsina” festival will celebrate Pomeranian goose culinary traditions.

Additional activities include traditional Silesian scarf-weaving workshops in Mysłowice, a rock music acoustic concert at the Piast Castle in Racibórz, and a Parisian-themed musical event in Sobótka.
