Cultural and community events scheduled in Sévérac-d’Aveyron and Auderghem

The Sévérac-d’Aveyron media library is hosting a cultural world tour program from September 12 to October 25. The initiative includes author meetings, Mexican weaving workshops, Caribbean and African dances, and capoeira. These free events will take place at the library and in the communes of Lapanouse, Recoules-Prévinquières, and Buzeins.

A highlight of the program is the musical and multimedia performance ‘BLBLBLB’ by Cie D. N. B. on September 26, which uses music as a universal language to address oral expression difficulties.

In Auderghem, several community events are scheduled. The Rouge-Cloître Medieval festival will take place on September 26 and 27, featuring artisans and historical reenactments. Additionally, Dr. Martine Piccart from the Institut Jules Bordet will lead a conference on breast cancer. Other local activities include a photography exhibition at the Centre d’Art de Rouge-Cloître, a ‘Well-aging in Auderghem’ salon on October 4, and the return of the ‘Arts & Cinéma’ Monday Cine-Club.
