Cultural and culinary events highlighted in Italy

Writer, screenwriter, and director Giuseppe Cossentino recently celebrated his 40th birthday and 20th career anniversary with an intimate gathering in Pozzuoli at Armoni Restaurant. His career includes notable works such as the radio comedy ‘Passioni senza fine’ and collaborations with actor Nunzio Bellino on projects like the graphic novel ‘L’uomo elastico’, which address social themes including diversity and inclusion.

Additionally, the magazine BolognaSquisita! will present its autumn issue on October 19 at Palazzo di Varignana. The event will feature Michelin-starred chefs, pastry chefs, and mixologists participating in a dynamic tasting experience. All proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Fondazione Sant’Orsola to fund a music room for patients and families at the Policlinico di Bologna.
