Cultural and educational theater initiatives launch in São Paulo
Various theatrical projects are bringing educational and artistic experiences to audiences in São Paulo. The Cia. Rústica theater group, recognized for its innovation in the Rio Grande do Sul scene, will present two shows, ‘Cabaré do Amor Rasgado’ and ‘Cabaré da Vida Pequena’, at the Instituto Brasileiro de Teatro (iBT) during October and November. The residency project includes workshops and sessions for students to foster social transformation and creative dialogue.
In a separate initiative, the ‘Recicla Cultural’ project is bringing the play ‘Fim Que Vira Começo Que Vira…’ to municipal schools in the East Zone of São Paulo. Developed by RN Produções Artísticas and the NGO Espaço Urbano with support from Tetra Pak, the 25-minute performance targets children aged 6 to 12. The play focuses on sustainability, circular economy, and the environmental impact of waste, aiming to encourage conscious consumption habits among students.
