Cultural and literary festivals held in Nilüfer and Eskişehir

Various cultural and literary events have taken place across Turkey. In Nilüfer, actress Elit Andaç Çam participated in activities organized by the Nilüfer Municipality as part of the ‘2026 Year's Author Sennur Sezer’ program. Çam met with high school students at the Koza Library to discuss art and storytelling, and later joined factory workers at Marmarabirlik to read poems by Sennur Sezer. During the visit, she addressed the working conditions in the television and cinema sectors, emphasizing the importance of solidarity among workers.

In Eskişehir, the first International Eskişehir Yunus Emre Literature Festival concluded after a four-day program themed ‘Joy’. The festival featured literature, poetry, and music. The final day included a discussion titled ‘Eskişehir Joy’, moderated by poet Haydar Ergülen, which brought together the Metropolitan Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce and various district mayors. The participants discussed local culture, urban management, and the city's peaceful social fabric.
