Roman fair Traiguera Missionary Train Núria sanctuary cultural events

Various cultural and religious events are scheduled in Spain. In Traiguera, the 19th edition of the Thiar Julia Roman Fair will take place on October 3 and 4. Organized by the Traiguera City Council and the Diputació de Castelló, the event features historical recreations, guided tours of the local church and museum, and ancient gastronomy demonstrations, including a live culinary session titled ‘COCUS’.

Additionally, the third edition of the Missionary Train will travel to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Núria on October 17. Driven by Christians Without Borders and supported by various dioceses, the event aims to prepare for World Mission Sunday. Participants will travel via rack railway from Queralbs to the sanctuary for a day of music, missionary testimonies, and a missionary Eucharist.
