Cultural and sporting highlights in Germany

Mixed Martial Arts fighter Dustin Stoltzfus, originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has established himself in the South Palatinate region of Germany. Since joining the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in 2020, Stoltzfus has maintained a professional record of 17 wins and 8 losses.

In the Rheingau region of Germany, the Rheingau Musik Festival featured a performance by The King’s Consort and the Choir of the King’s Consort. Under the direction of Robert King, the ensemble performed ‘The Coronation of King George II’, a program recreating the musical atmosphere of Westminster Abbey from October 1727. The concert was held at Kloster Eberbach.
