Cultural and technical workshops promote local identity in Venezuela and Colombia

In Venezuela, the Plan Textil Cultura Produce has launched a sublimation and garment manufacturing workshop in Ocumare de la Costa de Oro. The initiative, supported by the Aragua State Government, aims to provide the dance group Danzas Imágenes with self-management and design tools to produce their own performance costumes.

In Colombia, apprentices from the SENA International Center for Clean Production Lope have created a mural representing the rural identity of Samaniego. Students from various technical programs, including metalworking, industrial sewing, and mechatronics, collaborated on the project to express their connection to the territory and local peasant roots through art.
