Cultural book presentations scheduled in Pesaro and Orvieto

Several cultural book presentations are scheduled for October 16 in Italy. In Pesaro, Michele Felici will present “Il Palazzo Ducale di Urbino. Storia della sua edificazione.” The work reconstructs the construction phases of the Ducal Palace of Urbino, identifying the contributions of architects such as Luciano Laurana and Francesco di Giorgio Martini. The research highlights Urbino’s role in developing the architectural codes of the Renaissance.

In Orvieto Scalo, Francesco Erbani will present “Il mestiere di educare. Voci e storie di periferie, di scuole e di comunità.” The book explores education as a collective responsibility involving schools, families, and local communities to combat inequality and marginalization. The event will discuss community educational pacts and regional regulations in Umbria.
