Cultural developments in Fasano and San Lazzaro

Mondadori Bookstore is relocating its Fasano branch from via Roma to via Nazionale dei Trulli 99. The move includes the inauguration of a new Caffè Letterario on Saturday, October 3, at 7:30 PM. Writer Catena Fiorello will serve as the event's godmother, joining administrator Laura De Mola for the official opening. The new space is designed to serve as a contemporary cultural hub for readers, families, and local associations.

In San Lazzaro, the Fattoria del Dono has named its main hall after Stella Corazza. Corazza, a local resident, donated approximately ten hectares of agricultural land and rural buildings to the municipality in 2021 to be used for social and public interest. The dedication took place during the inaugural 'Alleanze per la Terra – Festival dell’Agroecologia,' an event focused on agriculture, the environment, and food policy. The farm now operates as a public space for social and sustainable agriculture.
