Cultural events and live music scheduled across Sweden

Various cultural and musical events are scheduled across Sweden this weekend. In Landskrona, Stures will host a long night of festivities for Kulturnatten, beginning at 18:00 with an art exhibition featuring works by Felix Rodriguez and Fredrik Blond, both members of the rock band The Sounds. Following the exhibition, the venue will transition to live music at 22:00, featuring rotating musicians and vocalists rather than a fixed setlist. The event also includes a special segment for drummers to coincide with the upcoming ‘International Hug a Drummer Day’.

Other regional highlights include a performance by the American Americana band Ward Hayden & The Outliers at Skebopuben, who are touring with a new album of Springsteen covers. In Norrtälje, Hotel Roslagen will host an Oktoberfest celebration with traditional German elements and a Tyrolean band, while The Animals are scheduled to perform as part of their 60th Anniversary World Tour at Folkets hus.
