Cultural events and performances scheduled for September 2026

The September 2026 cultural season features a diverse array of theatrical and musical performances across France.

In theatre, Pauline Bayle will direct ‘Mahabharata, une histoire de la violence’ at Théâtre Public Montreuil from September 22 to October 24. This contemporary adaptation of the Indian epic features an exclusively female cast. Additionally, Lebanese performer Yara Bou Nassar will present ‘Les Aventures d’un soi hypothétique’ at MC93 from September 17 to 19, exploring themes of identity, memory, and exile.

Musical events in Reims include a reggaeton night featuring JetLag Gang and local artist BRLZ at La Cartonnerie on September 19. On September 22, soprano Monroe will perform a lyrical recital at the Reims Cathedral. The month concludes with a rap performance by the duo Djadja & Dinaz at the Reims Arena on September 25.
