Cultural events announced for Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia

Various cultural initiatives are scheduled in Italy. In Ascoli Piceno, a free guided evening tour titled ‘Cecco d’Ascoli tra storia e leggenda’ will take place on August 24, 2026. The walk aims to explore the life and legends of the medieval poet, physician, and astrologer Francesco Stabili, known as Cecco d’Ascoli. The event, part of the ‘SSC – Social Smart City’ project, is limited to 100 participants and requires reservation.

In Senigallia, the Epicurean Festival has announced the theme for its ninth edition in 2027: ‘Città senza mura’ (City without walls). The announcement will be made on August 25 at the Auditorium San Rocco. The event will also feature a lecture on Herculaneum papyri and a presentation by photographer Lorenzo Cicconi Massi regarding his previous festival photography.
