Cultural events announced in Hattersheim am Main and Wiesbaden

Several cultural events are scheduled in the Hesse region of Germany. In Hattersheim am Main, the Galerie im Nassauer Hof will host the group exhibition ‘Netzwerk im Fluss – DAZWISCHEN’ from October 23 to November 15. Featuring works by alumni and teachers from the Goethe University Frankfurt Institute for Art Education, the exhibition explores the space between societal poles. The event includes a blues concert on October 31 and free workshops on frottage and drawing.

In Wiesbaden, a panel discussion titled ‘Das Wohnzimmer der Stadtgesellschaft - Dritte(r) Ort(e) Walhalla’ will take place on October 22 at the Mauritius-Mediathek. A collaboration between the city's Walhalla project and the Körber Foundation, the event will feature Bundestag member Martin Rabanus and experts discussing the concept of ‘Third Places.’ The discussion will outline future plans for the Walhalla site, including a ‘Library of Things,’ a pop-up maker space, and inclusive community initiatives.
