Cultural events announced in Spain and the Dominican Republic

The fifth edition of the Literalh cultural event will take place in Alhaurín de la Torre, Spain, on September 18 and 19. The program features prominent Spanish authors Andrés Trapiello, Clara Sánchez, and Víctor del Árbol, who will participate in discussions led by journalist Moisés Rodríguez at the La Platea cultural center. The event includes book signings, exhibitions, and musical performances.

In the Dominican Republic, the Association of Art Chroniclers (Acroarte) has announced a tribute to singer and composer Maridalia Hernández during the 2026 Acroarte Journalism Merit Awards. The ceremony will honor her four-decade career with a musical tribute featuring artists such as Frank Ceara and Pavel Núñez. Other honorees include Frank Rainieri and José Miguel Bonetti Dubreil.
