Cultural events draw attention in Świecie and Lublin

Various cultural events have taken place across Poland, featuring both sculptural art and large-scale theatrical performances.

In Świecie, artist Wojciech Chałubowicz led a sculpting workshop at the local amphitheater. The resulting installation was inspired by the Wisła and Wda rivers, which meet in the area. Chałubowicz utilized traditional methods and handcrafted tools to create a work that integrates with the city's hydrographic landscape.

Meanwhile, in Lublin, the outdoor spectacle ‘Sen o Mieście’ (Dream of the City) drew sold-out crowds to the courtyard of the Lublin Castle. Directed by Janusz Opryński, the production combines theater, music, and circus arts to depict the history of Lublin. The performance features acrobatics, aerial silks, and poetry by Józef Czechowicz, set against a monumental scenography.
