Cultural events feature music and performance in Milan

Milan is hosting diverse cultural productions centered on music and performance. At the Teatro Lirico Giorgio Gaber, “The Great Gatsby – The Show” is running until October 25. Produced by the Enrique Gasa Valga Dance Company, the production blends dance, theater, and live music to interpret F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel. The performance features jazz influences inspired by Nina Simone and Duke Ellington, with Italian singer Greta Marcolongo and an ensemble of musicians participating in the production.

In a separate musical development, singer-songwriter Luca Sigismondi has released his solo project, “Reimparare ad amare.” Sigismondi discusses the intersection of entrepreneurship and independent music, noting that managing creative projects requires a structured, entrepreneurial mindset to navigate the modern industry while maintaining artistic freedom.
