Cultural events held in Albox and Elda

In Albox, the book ‘Signum Magnum: La decoración apocalíptica de Andrés García Ibáñez en el Santuario del Saliente’ will be presented at the Plaza Mayor. Published by the Fundación de Arte Ibáñez – Cosentino, the nearly 500-page volume details the apocalyptic artwork within the Santuario del Saliente. The event will feature the artist, the local mayor, the rector, and the architect involved in the project.

In Elda, the City Council is inaugurating the new Plaza Conchi Gran in the La Purísima neighborhood. The space is named in honor of Conchi Gran Maestre, a prominent activist for social, feminist, and neighborhood rights. The project is part of a broader urban transformation plan for the historic center, aimed at improving accessibility, lighting, and green spaces.
