Cultural events held in Brčko and Mostar

In Brčko, scholarship recipients of the Bećirević Foundation hosted an educational workshop for children aged six to 12. Led by Emina Malkoč, a student at the University of Sarajevo, the session used games, drawing, and quizzes to teach children about reptiles and amphibians, aiming to foster respect for these species and their role in the ecosystem.

Meanwhile, the fourth international literary festival “Woman with a Book” (Žena sa knjigom) opened in Mostar. The event featured the promotion of a collective anthology titled “Global Events Through a Female Perspective,” which includes works from 68 female authors across 12 countries and 36 cities. The festival, which includes participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Norway, and the USA, also introduced new literary awards for poetry, prose, and children's literature.
