Cultural events held in Domokos and Ptolemaida

Several cultural events took place in Greece on August 30, 2026. In the Municipality of Domokos, a musical performance featuring Manolis Mitsias was held at the archaeological site of the Acropolis of Proerna as part of the ‘Monuments during the Full Moon’ initiative. The event was co-organized by the Municipality of Domokos, the Ministry of Culture, the Region of Central Greece, and the Cultural Development Organization of Central Greece.

In Ptolemaida, the Cultural Association of Komano held its annual summer event, ‘Komaniotika 2026’, at the courtyard of the 3rd General Lyceum. The celebration, co-organized with the Municipality of Eordaea and the Region of Western Macedonia, featured the orchestra ‘Mousiko Ichochroma’ and a Pontian feast led by Kosmas Savvidis. The event saw significant participation from local residents and the youth.
