Cultural events held in Hîncești and Chișinău

Cultural events took place in Moldova on September 25 and 26, 2026. In Hîncești, the Hîncești District Council organized a musical evening at the Manuc-Bey Mansion within the Manuc-Bey Historical-Architectural Complex. The event, styled after a 19th-century Bessarabian noble salon, was part of the ‘Strolling through history’ project funded by the European Union through the INTERREG VI-A NEXT program. The Moldovan Youth Orchestra performed rare historical pieces for approximately 50 participants, including local officials and cultural representatives.

In Chișinău, a documentary spectacle titled ‘Noaptea...’ (The Night...) was presented in the square of the Parliament. The event focused on anti-communist resistance and drew a significant crowd of spectators.
