In Xicoténcatl, Tamaulipas, Municipal President Mariela López Sosa led the ‘Festejo del Recuerdo del Adulto Mayor’, a celebration dedicated to honoring the local elderly population. The event included a special dinner, musical performances, and various prizes such as electronic screens and monetary awards to recognize the community's senior citizens.

Meanwhile, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Tamaulipas will host a ‘Biker Edition’ of the Night of Museums on Thursday, August 27. The event, scheduled from 19:30 to 20:30, will feature members of the Motoclubes Unidos de Matamoros, combining motorcycle culture with artistic expression to attract diverse audiences to the cultural space.
