Cultural events held in Moldova, Romania, and the United States

Various cultural and commemorative events are taking place across Moldova, Romania, and the United States.

In Moldova, over 500 artists gathered at the Parliament Square in Chișinău for the ‘Te cânt, Patrie și Neam’ gala, a national patriotic music festival celebrating national values and unity.

In Romania, several significant cultural milestones are noted: the 12th edition of the Transylvania International Book Festival (FICT) is set to take place in Cluj-Napoca with 65 events; the Vâlcea Village Museum is hosting the European Association of Open-Air Museums (AEOM) meeting; and Romanian Engineer's Day is being observed on September 14. Additionally, musical heritage events are being held at the Dimitrie Gusti National Village Museum and the Minovici Museum of Popular Art in Bucharest.

In the United States, the Romanian Heritage Center in Chicago celebrated Romanian Language Day with traditional food and cultural displays to maintain connections to the mother tongue.
