Cultural events offer free admission in Berlin and Stuttgart

Several cultural institutions in Berlin and Stuttgart are hosting free admission events.

In Berlin, four museums—Haus am Waldsee, Kunsthaus Dahlem, Georg Kolbe Museum, and the Brücke-Museum—are offering free entry this Sunday. The initiative, supported by a donation, aims to provide low-threshold access to art and culture. Activities include workshops, readings, and guided tours. The timing coincides with ongoing budget discussions regarding the formation of a new Senate, following cross-party election promises to reintroduce free museum Sundays.

In Stuttgart, the city is celebrating three anniversaries: 75 years of the Cultural Office, 125 years of the City Library, and 50 years of the Graphothek. The “Culture beats” event at the Mailänder Platz City Library features music, readings, and interactive stations for families, including a scavenger hunt for children.
