Cultural events scheduled for August 2026 in Poland

Various cultural events are scheduled for late August 2026 in Poland.

André Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra will have their summer concert from Maastricht retransmitted in cinemas starting August 21. The show, titled ‘Long Live Maastricht!’, celebrates the 20th anniversary of the orchestra's performances at the Vrijthof square and will feature a repertoire including works by the Strauss family, musical hits from ‘My Fair Lady’ and ‘Les Misérables’, and Ennio Morricone’s ‘Gabriel’s Oboe’.

Additionally, the Bytom Cultural Center is hosting its final outdoor cinema screenings. On August 21, the Danish black comedy ‘The Last Viking’ will be shown at OSP Stolarzowice. On August 28, the Italian comedy ‘Follemente’ will be screened. These events are part of the ‘BCKino Plenerowe’ summer season, with tickets priced at 5 PLN per person.
