Cultural events scheduled in Dunières and Saint-Jean d’Angély

Various cultural events are scheduled across France in late September. In Dunières, the Le Maubourg cinema will host two comedy evenings on September 25 and 26. The first event features four young comedians competing for a jury prize, while the second is a one-man show titled ‘L’Impatient’ by Marc Tourneboeuf, performed as part of the Yssingeaux Comedy Festival OFF.

In Saint-Jean d’Angély, the ‘Play it Again’ film festival will run from September 20 to 27, 2026. The program features classic films such as ‘Kill Bill’, ‘Paris la Belle’, and ‘The Name of the Rose’. The festival includes special screenings accompanied by film critics and academics.
