Cultural events scheduled in Forte dei Marmi and Pioltello

Various cultural and educational events are scheduled to take place in Italy. In Forte dei Marmi, Villa Bertelli will host the first of two “Dialoghi d’anima” concerts in its Winter Garden. The performance features cellist Astrig Siranossian and pianist Nathanaël Gouin, performing works by Sergej Rachmaninov and Igor Raykhelson.

In Pioltello, the Unitre (University of the Three Ages) will hold a conference titled “The Garden in Ancient Greece” at the Pioltello Municipal Library on October 29. The session, organized in collaboration with the IIS Machiavelli Classical Lyceum, will explore the role of nature in classical philosophy, specifically focusing on Epicurus’s Kepos and the use of green spaces as centers for dialogue and learning.
