Cultural events scheduled in Lecce and Bologna

The collective theatrical project ‘Barbonaggio Teatrale Collettivo’ returns to Piazza Sant’Oronzo in Lecce on October 30. Promoted by Nasca Teatri di Terra and directed by Ippolito Chiarello, the fifteenth edition begins with a public assembly at 19:00, followed by performances in the square and surrounding streets starting at 20:30. The event features artists sharing stories from makeshift stalls as part of a movement aimed at connecting artists directly with citizens.

In Bologna, Giuseppe Giacobazzi will perform the fifth season of ‘Osteria Giacobazzi’ at Teatro Celebrazioni. The production, scheduled for October 27, November 17, and December 15, transforms the stage into a traditional tavern where food and wine are served to the audience. The cast includes Andrea Vasumi, the Masa, Margherita Zoli, Marta Chinello, and Fabrizio Iseppato, with Franco Trentalance set to appear as a guest on the opening night.
