Cultural events scheduled in Patra and Messinia

Various cultural activities are scheduled across Greece in late September. In Patra, the Polyedro venue is hosting a week of arts and literature from September 21 to 26. The program includes a theatrical performance by Dionysis Voultsos titled ‘Esoterika Topia’, several book presentations by authors such as Iole Vingopoulou, Aliki Asvesta, Giorgos Deliopoulos, and Nikos Davvetas, and an educational activity for children based on the book ‘The Onion That Wanted to Become an Octopus’. A book bazaar is also being held in the venue's garden.

In Messinia, the Messinia Theatre Workshop (TEM) will hold an information period from September 20 to 27 at the Central Square of Messinia. During this time, the workshop is facilitating registrations for its 2026–2027 theatrical season, offering various programs ranging from toddlers to adolescent groups. The workshop also promotes its ‘In the Lap of a Story’ initiative for children aged 2–4.
