Cultural excursions and historical tours held in Germany and Switzerland

The Kirchenchor Muri conducted a historical excursion through several UNESCO World Heritage sites in late September. The journey included visits to the Maulbronn Monastery, a former Cistercian monastery, and the imperial city of Speyer, where Rudolf I of Habsburg is buried. The trip also featured stops in Schwetzingen and Staufen im Breisgau.

In Obernburg, Germany, the Heimat- und Verkehrsverein Obernburg and the Obernburger Theaterverein hosted a theatrical walking tour titled ‘Hört, was die Mauern erzählen…’. The event combined historical insights with live performances by local actors, bringing the town's history to life through various scenes and tower climbs.
