Cultural exhibitions and monographs presented in Croatia

Several cultural events have been highlighted in Croatia. In the Prigorje Museum, the Kurija Gallery is hosting ‘Sazvučja’, a new exhibition by academic painter Koraljka Kovač. The works represent a stylistic shift toward a more simplified expression, moving away from rich colorism to focus on the power of line, monochromatic backgrounds, and subtle nuances of a single color. The exhibition is open until October 22.

In Nova Gradiška, the photo monograph ‘Tragovi uspomena’ by Kristina Kovačević was presented at the Culture Home. The book commemorates 30 years of professional work by a long-standing family photography business and serves as a tribute to the author's late mother. Organized by the Nova Gradiška branch of Matica hrvatska as part of the ‘Fontana riječi’ project, the monograph includes portraits of citizens and local motifs.
