Cultural exhibitions opening in Belgrade and Montenegro
Two distinct cultural exhibitions are opening in the region. In Belgrade, photographer Branislav Brajan Rašić is presenting a retrospective exhibition at Silos 1. Rašić, a Belgrade-born photographer with nearly five decades of experience, has documented major global music icons including The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Prince, and Madonna. His work, which includes official photography for The Rolling Stones' 2006 Copacabana concert, is part of the ‘Pod sjajem zvezda 2026’ program.
In Montenegro, Maša Seničić is opening an art and research exhibition titled ‘Hotel Inex: Nakon Zlatne obale’ at the Velimir A. Leković gallery. The exhibition explores the memory of the former Inex Zlatna obala hotel in Bar through photography, audio-visual recordings, and archival documents. The project maps the transition from the hotel's era as a Yugoslav tourist complex to its current state, serving as a collection of intangible heritage and personal recollections from the local community.
