Cultural exhibitions opening in Prague
Prague is hosting unique cultural experiences, including the ‘Invisible Exhibition’ and a showcase of David Tibet’s visual work at DOX.
The ‘Invisible Exhibition’ offers an interactive, pitch-black environment designed to simulate life without sight. Guided by visually impaired professionals, participants navigate various settings—ranging from a kitchen to a forest—using only their remaining senses to understand the daily challenges and orientations faced by the blind.
At the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art, the exhibition ‘Hallucinate, Children’ will feature the visual art of David Tibet, founder of the musical project Current 93. The collection spans Tibet’s career, presenting an autonomous visual universe of drawings and paintings that explore themes of dreams, apocalypse, and spiritual imagery, including motifs of children, stars, and sacred names.
