Cultural expansions announced for Beatles museum and Alberto Peruzzo Foundation

The Beatles museum in Liverpool is set to undergo a major expansion, quadrupling its current exhibition space. The project aims to resolve long-standing issues regarding cramped quarters and limited display capacity. The new facility will feature modern, spacious environments designed to host permanent collections, diverse temporary exhibitions, and enhanced educational activities. Sir Paul McCartney has expressed enthusiastic support for the project, stating he looks forward to visiting the new site and intends to participate in inaugural events to promote the museum internationally.

In Italy, the Alberto Peruzzo Foundation has announced a significant expansion of its contemporary art project in Padua. The foundation will inaugurate a new exhibition path in the former Church of Sant’Agnese on November 6, featuring over 2,500 square meters of space. New acquisitions include works by Anselm Kiefer, Jannis Kounellis, Robert Longo, and Carl Andre. Additionally, the foundation is establishing its first scientific committee and launching the Palazzo Lanza project, which is intended to house the entire collection.
