Cultural festivals and community events held in Grimaud and Saint-Maden

Various regional cultural events are taking place across France, featuring music and community gatherings in unique settings.

In Grimaud, the ‘Les Inattendues des Grimaldines’ music festival is concluding its fourth edition with free performances in atypical locations. Following a gypsy-themed concert by the Mateo Gipsies Quintet at the Blaquières sports complex, the season will conclude on October 8 at Mas de Bagatin with a performance by Galaktik Métisses, focusing on Caribbean and Latin American rhythms.

In Saint-Maden, the first edition of the ‘Objet Socio-Culturel Non Identifié’ (OSCNI) is scheduled for September 27, 2026. This ephemeral guinguette, inspired by the winter festivities in Dinan, will be held by the water at the La Gravelle pond. Organized by Bruno Allera and Faustine Vasse with support from Esat 4 Vaulx, the event aims to foster social connection and highlight the southern territory through local participation and workshops.
