Cultural festivals and literacy programs launch across São Paulo

Various cultural initiatives are taking place across the state of São Paulo, Brazil. In Araçatuba, the 22nd Araçatuba Theater Festival (Festara) featured a storytelling and musical performance by Cia. Koi at the Rubens do Amaral Municipal Library.

Araraquara is hosting the 26th edition of the Araraquara International Dance Festival (Fida). Running from September 18 to 27, the festival includes ten days of free workshops, performances, and roundtables focused on the theme ‘Fida-se: corpos que firam, laços que sustentam, danças que transformam’.

In São Sebastião, the ‘Território da Palavra’ program has launched. This two-year initiative aims to provide approximately 500 hours of free activities related to reading, training, and accessibility, offering over 5,000 free spots for the community.
