Cultural festivals announced for Valencian region

Several cultural events are scheduled in the Valencian region of Spain. The sixth edition of Nits de Tyrica will take place from September 24 to 27 at the Alcanares archaeological site. The festival aims to connect ancient history with contemporary art, using the theme of a Phoenician amphora reinterpreted through 3D printing as part of the ReIBERar'T 2026 project.

Additionally, the 41st Mostra Internacional de Titelles (MIT) will be held in the Vall d’Albaida from November 5 to 8. Under the new artistic direction of Lola Domingo, the festival will feature 37 performances by 18 companies from Spain, Belgium, France, and Italy. The event will span 22 municipalities, utilizing theaters, auditoriums, and public squares to showcase various performing arts.
