Cultural festivals announced in São Gonçalo do Rio Abaixo and Rio Grande do Norte

Various cultural events are scheduled in Brazil. In São Gonçalo do Rio Abaixo, the Kite Festival will take place this Sunday at the Edirlei Márcio Moreira Lacerda Exhibition Park. The free event features multiple competition categories, including creativity, beauty, and skill, with prizes for various age groups and kite styles.

In Rio Grande do Norte, the Sesc Music Festival has extended its registration deadline to Friday, August 28, due to high demand. The festival offers free participation for musicians in categories such as professional, general public, and commerce workers. Up to 150 participants will be enabled, with 54 artists selected for professional development activities, performances, and a tour across Natal, Mossoró, and Caicó. Selected artists can compete for prizes totaling up to R$ 10,000 and a training scholarship.
