Cultural festivals held in Bragança Paulista and São Paulo

Various cultural and regional events are taking place in Brazil. In Bragança Paulista, the second Coffee Festival is being held at the Parque de Exposições Dr. Fernando Costa from October 9 to October 12, 2026. The event features coffee tastings, live roasting, and direct sales from local producers, including specialty varieties such as Obatã and 100% Arabica beans. The festival also includes equestrian competitions, such as the Mangalarga Horse Coat World Cup.

In São Paulo, the 7th Brazilian Cordel Fair is hosted at Caixa Cultural São Paulo through October 12. The fair showcases both historical and contemporary cordel literature, including a special exhibition titled ‘O Cordel das Mulheres’. Organized by Klévisson Viana, the event celebrates the genre, which is recognized as intangible cultural heritage by Iphan and studied by international academic institutions.
