Cultural festivals held in Chiquinquirá and Curicó

The second edition of the Biohote Festival, titled ‘Del muysca al sumercé’, is being held in Chiquinquirá. Led by the Corporación Arte Zurdo, the event aims to highlight the ancestral identity of the Muisca and Muzo-Colimas peoples. The festival features workshops, artistic exhibitions, gastronomic events, and traditional music and dance to promote cultural awareness and a connection to the territory's natural and ancestral roots.

In Curicó, Chile, the third edition of the free circus festival ‘Circurifest’ is taking place. Organized by the Circuri group and the Curicó Cultural Corporation, the event includes seminars, street performances, and a gala featuring acrobatics and juggling. The initiative seeks to democratize access to the performing arts and foster community coexistence through free public programming in various city locations.
