Cultural festivals launch in Novi Ligure and Fiorano Modenese

Various cultural programs are launching in Italy, featuring literary discussions and community workshops. In Novi Ligure, the “In Biblioteca c’è” series will run from October to December 2026 at the Biblioteca Civica. The schedule includes the “Novi d’Autore” cycle, book presentations such as Antonio Gervasoni’s “Tutta colpa di uno zaino,” and discussions on topics ranging from local history to Alzheimer’s disease. The program also features workshops in ceramics and painting.

In Fiorano Modenese, the “In un’ora al Bla” series begins on October 8 at the BLA (Biblioteca Ludoteca Archivio storico). This edition focuses on how great authors address modern crises through the works of Philip Roth, Franz Kafka, and Virginia Woolf. Led by university professors, the sessions will explore themes such as American democratic structures, bureaucracy, and the impact of war.
