Cultural festivals Pasar Kalcer and SNADA Indonesia announced for 2026

Indonesia will host two major cultural events in late 2026. Pasar Kalcer 2026 is scheduled for September 5 at Laswi Heritage in Bandung. The festival serves as a hub for the creative economy, bringing together 17 different sub-sectors, including automotive, sports, and food and beverage. Organizers noted an increased involvement from Generation Z compared to previous years, aiming to foster networking and small-scale economic movements across different age groups.

In Jakarta, the SNADA Indonesia 2026 music concert will take place on October 10 at Istora Senayan. The event, themed ‘Suara dan Nada dari Indonesia Timur’ (Sound and Tone from Eastern Indonesia), aims to showcase the musical and cultural richness of the eastern region. The lineup includes prominent artists such as Anggun, Dewa 19, Ari Lasso, and Andmesh. The performance will feature collaborations with the Rumah Orkestra Jogja and the contemporary dance group Team Roro to create a multi-generational musical experience.
