Cultural festivals scheduled for September 19 in Czechia and Slovakia

Various cultural events are scheduled for September 19. In Uherské Hradiště, the Slovácko Festival of Tastes and Scents will take place at the Rochus Skansen from 10:00 to 16:00. The festival features traditional regional foods such as pastries, bread with crackling spread, dumplings, and various stews. The program includes folk performances by the Kalinka children's ensemble, musical acts by Aneta Holomčíková and the Tetky women's choir, and an exhibition of traditional kitchen aprons. Visitors can also purchase regional products like honey, noodles, and herbal remedies.

In Skalica, the BETONAGE event will be held at the O-art centrum as part of the Skalica Fair and the 'Music Between Walls' dance format. Running from 21:00 to 03:00, the event focuses on deep and raw drum & bass, dubstep, breaks, and jungle. The headliner is ENTITA, an artist recognized by underground labels such as Dispatch Recordings. The lineup also includes El Chupacabra, who will perform a vinyl set.
