Various cultural festivals are scheduled to take place in Italy this September. In Livorno, the ‘Open Drag’ festival will be held on September 18 and 19. Organized by Arcigay Livorno, the event focuses on drag language and LGBTQIA+ culture through photography exhibitions, talks on identity and social transformation, and performance shows. The program includes workshops on performative credibility and costume design.

In Rozzano, the ‘Festival Sconfinamenti’ will run from September 18 to October 3. Curated by Divertimento Ensemble, the festival features a program of free events blending contemporary music, theater, and poetry. The opening ceremony at the Cascina Grande Cultural Center will feature a concert titled ‘Enoch Arden’ by M. G. Bellocchio and M. Pagani.
