Cultural highlights: Festival Boreal and Camerata Lacunensis represent Tenerife

The Festival Boreal is returning to Los Silos, Tenerife, for its nineteenth edition from September 16 to 20. The event focuses on three core pillars: universal accessibility, gender equality, and socio-environmental sustainability. Since its inception in 2008, the festival has established itself as a cultural reference in Spain, emphasizing social responsibility and environmental conservation.

In choral music, the Tenerife-based ensemble Camerata Lacunensis is participating in the World Choir Games 2026 in Helsingborg, Sweden. Held from August 6 to 16, the event is considered the largest international choral competition, bringing together thousands of singers globally to promote artistic excellence and cultural exchange.
