Cultural initiatives announced in Pordenone and Udine

The Centro Studi Pier Paolo Pasolini will host a series of events from November 4 to 7, 2026, in Casarsa della Delizia and Udine. The program, featuring the newly named ‘Academiuta Pasolini’, will examine the journalistic work and social critiques of Pier Paolo Pasolini. Academic contributors will analyze his relationship with various publications and his reflections on Italian societal shifts, consumerism, and youth culture.

Additionally, Teatro Verdi di Pordenone presented its strategic vision for the ‘Pordenone Italian Capital of Culture 2027’ at the Festival delle Regioni in Florence. The initiative focuses on youth engagement and talent development, positioning the theater as a cultural incubator to provide young people with tools for their future through music, dance, and prose.
