Green Design Biennale opens in Mostar; MSU Zagreb launches accessibility project

The Green Design Biennale has opened in Mostar under the theme ‘Design for Transformation’. The multidisciplinary event features 17 expert speakers from 16 countries discussing green and circular design, sustainable architecture, and the future of construction. Organized by the Sarajevo Green Design Foundation, the City of Mostar, and the Ministry of Trade, Tourism, and Environmental Protection of HNK, the program includes exhibitions, lectures, and public discussions aimed at connecting international experts with industry leaders and policymakers.

In Zagreb, the Museum of Contemporary Art (MSU) has launched the ‘MSU na dodir’ (MSU at your touch) project to increase accessibility for blind and visually impaired visitors. The initiative will expand the number of adapted works in the permanent collection from 15 to over 30 through the use of tactile replicas, audio guides, Braille legends, and sound navigation. The project also includes 12 free inclusive workshops for various age groups to promote equal participation in cultural life.
