Cultural initiatives launched in Belluno and Gagliano Aterno

The Dante Alighieri Society – Belluno Committee has officially established its leadership structure. Maria Grazia Passuello has been elected president for a four-year term, supported by Vice President Benedetta de Mari, Operational Secretary Raffaella Iaquilano, and Treasurer Dina Tollot. The association aims to promote Italian art and culture, focusing on engaging younger generations through collaborations with local schools.

In Gagliano Aterno, an association managing the Simon Tanner bookstore is seeking support to create a permanent cultural center. The initiative aims to house over 25,000 used and rare books currently held in storage. The project intends to transform the bookstore into a community hub for the Valle Subequana region, offering exhibition spaces and cultural activities to aid in the area's post-earthquake social and cultural reconstruction.
