Cultural institutions in France announce seasonal programming
Various cultural and educational programs are scheduled across France for the summer and early autumn seasons.
A-MI is hosting a summer program running from July 5 to August 31, 2025, featuring artistic workshops, thematic visits, and interactive games. A central feature is a temporary exhibition by visual artist Delfine Ferré, which explores the life and work of Pierre Larousse. The exhibition focuses on the illustrated lettrines from the Grand Dictionnaire Universel, offering guided tours and game-based paths for families.
In Aveyron, Micropolis will continue its programming through September, focusing on insects, nature, and biodiversity. Activities include the ‘RDV en Terre MINUSCULE!’ sessions regarding butterflies and bees, a treasure hunt titled ‘À la recherche du Masque Disparu’, and the ‘Curiosités souterraines’ temporary exhibition. The site also features a tropical greenhouse with over 40 live insect species.
