Cultural institutions in Guarulhos and Mogi das Cruzes launch community programs

Cultural institutions in the state of São Paulo are launching new community initiatives. In Guarulhos, the Conservatório Municipal de Artes is hosting a series of free public rehearsals throughout September at the Araci Borges Dias Martins Municipal Historical Archive. These sessions, part of the institution's 65th-anniversary celebrations, allow the public to observe nine different artistic projects ranging from classical music and vocal techniques to samba, choro, and rock.

In Mogi das Cruzes, the Municipal Secretariat of Culture is opening registrations for three Cultural Heritage Workshops through the Pró-Memória Program. The initiative offers 75 vacancies for courses in Paleography, Urban Sketching, and Mobile Photography focused on heritage and landscapes. These free workshops aim to promote the preservation of local memory and collective history through accessible technical training.
